Although iPhone and Android smartphones are on top of the mobile phones market today, some people still prefer Nokia over other mobile phones. But since iOS and Android are the most popular operating systems for mobile phones, it is so much easier to find an app for iOS or Android than finding an app for Nokia. Hence, it would be very difficult to find a method to open blocked sites on mobile Nokia. In this tutorial, we explain how to setup a VPN connection to open blocked sites on mobile that uses Windows Phone/ Mobile as an operating system.
How to open blocked sites on mobile using VPN connection

Go to “Connections” and tap on “Connections” again
Select “Add a new VPN server connection”
In the “Name” field, insert the server’s address you would like to use to open blocked sites on mobile (se.waselpro.com for example)
In the “Host name/ IP” field, insert the server’s address once more (fr.waselpro.com) or the matching IP address
For “VPN type”, choose “IPSec/L2TP”
For “Authenticate IPSec/L2TP connections using”, choose “A pre-shared key” and insert the word: sharedsecret (without spaces)
Click “Next”
For “Username”, insert your VPN account’s registered e-mail
For “Password”, insert your VPN account’s password
Click “Advanced” and make sure that “TCP/ IP” are default.
Now, switch to “Servers” and make sure all domains are empty
Click “OK” then “Finish”
Click “Edit my VPN servers” then tap on the connection’s name you just created, hold it. A popup window will appear, tap on the option “Connect”.
It will take a few seconds to connect and you should be able to see the connection’s icon in the task bar.
